"My husband went in to get his hair cut at 10:30 after I called at 10:10 to confirm they took walk-ins. No one arrived until 10:45, while they say they open at 10. The guy didn't speak, not once to my husband or I, not a "hey, how are you" nothing throughout the entire haircut.
