"This particular Advance Auto was not nearly the standard of others that I've purchased from. I went in and there was no one at the front for sometime and when someone did appear it was as if by magic. They still never said one word until I engaged them. Maybe it was just an off day though that should never be visibly the case in a business that deals with the public, the customers, period."

"Staff is not consistent with return policy. I was told that the item I purchased could be returned if I didn't remove the safety tag and when I went back to return it was told by another employee that I could not return it even though the tag was never removed. She told me one thing about returns and he told me I was lying and said that he talked with the regional manager and he backed him up with his decision. Won't be shopping at the Frederick Blvd location anymore poor customer service if you ask me."
