"Went in planning to buy at least 3 pairs of Fall/Winter shoes around 11-11:15am today 11/2/23. After looking at a minimum of 8 pairs & finding no size 10’s I spoke with a sales associate….Caucasian dark brown or black hair nice looking. I told her & she said “Yea that is our most popular size no 11 is‼️”. That was it. I’d been looking for a half an hour. She pretty much left it that I might as well pound sand. She didn’t offer to check another store or refer me to online. I work in retail/customer service & that type of interaction with a customer is unacceptable. I went over on 220 at the Rack Room & bought 4 pairs of shoes 2 Skechers, 1Nike & 1 Columbia. I live a mile from this Skechers store & will never set foot in it again."

"I discovered Sketchers about 8 to 10 years ago. When working my feet would hurt so bad in cheaper shoes. After buying my first pair, that is the only shoe I wear other than sandals. They last 4x longer than cheap shoes. Instead of every 6 months to a year buying shoes it became every 4 years. I still keep older pair for fishing. Black pair still going strong after 4 years!"
