"Do not put your money in this bank. Someone I know had a bill with them. They went in the bank paid the bank. I have the receipt. HFCU then turn around and garnish wages. The bank was called the bank was told that the person had proof of payment of the debt. The asset protection employee who was nasty and a shame to her race stated . She didn't care if the debt was paid. We need to reach out to the lawyers office. The debt happened in 2007. No paperwork was ever sent to the person about a court date to appear in court for money being due. Also when the person did enter the bank to start a new account they were told about the debt and they paid it. So , for you to take money and then garsh someone check 17 years later. For me I am pulling all my money out this bank. I witness this first hand and as a member. It is not okay to treat people like this. I will make sure every person in my family pulls their money out your bank. Your staff is very unprofessional especially the people of color that work for HFCU. (I am a person of color) .You want to take money and steal from people who already pay once they find out they owe you money is crazy to me. So, if you pay them and the lawyers. They going to keep stealing from you until HFCU thinks it is enough. Don't bank here. This not allegedly this happened in real life and I have paperwork to prove it."

I came into the West Broad location after being told at one of the other locations (Dixon Powers Drive) that I had to have an appointment to set up a new account. So I left that location and drove to the West Broad location and they were able to assist me immediately.
