"Rip off is the only way to describe it. I brought in two cards to have sent off to PSA, at the time I was uneducated and the owner told me it would cost $300 per card + $60 (each way) for shipping with insurance. The cards were a Michael Jordan rookie card and a rookie Bowman Mickey Mantle, so I figured it was worth spending the money on it. I later realized that it actually costs $150 per card (at the time) for PSA grading and standard shipping rates. When I got the cards back, they couldn’t grade the Mantle card because it didn’t meet size requirements (it had been trimmed?), the owner chose not to tell me that PSA refunds for any cards that don’t get graded. I found that out on my own and had to call the owner for him to admit that and issue my refund. I also had a binder full of Pokémon cards, he offered me $40 for the entire binder. There were single cards in there worth more than $60. I was offered $400 for the binder at a different shop."

"How is this awful store still in business I was told they were open until six so I show up at two the guys locking up to leave and so rude and dumb it's not believable he says other guy will be in at three what am I looking for I said just Pokémon he said talk to other guy so I wait other guy shows up late then tells me he is NASCAR only talk to the guy who just left hahaha what a joke no playable Pokémon cards nothing new and the prices are through the roof! I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy honestly shocked that a store like that exists"
