"Whether stopping by for pool water testing or opening/closing my pool, staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. They installed my safety cover and have opened and closed my pool for last 2 years. So glad they have kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff available to answer all my questions. "Two years in a row I've been there to pick up supplies for a friend and both times none of the items that she has ordered have been pulled and were ready for pickup. If they aren't going to do that for their customers, they should just tell them while they have them on the phone, instead of saying, "sure we'll have them ready and waiting for her tomorrow morning." Instead, they have this blank look on their face when I go in and give her name, explain that she placed the order the day before but magically seem to have the information in the computer system and proceed to gather the supplies while I wait around for them to complete the task. She is not located in the county that she is purchasing the supplies from, but I am, so if I'm headed up her way, it's just easier for me to stop in and get them for her. Very poor customer service."

"Update: How it's going: I spoke with Nat at Pla-Mor Pools and provided one last opportunity for his company to make this right. Nat told me that he would get back to me and I have yet to hear back. A company not willing to do right (or even respond) by a customer has resulted in multiple social media reviews, a Better Business Bureau complaint, and contact with the county government to look into the possibility of fraudulent behavior. The way that the owner has decided to handle this should be a warning to anyone who is thinking about doing business with Pla-Mor. How it Should have Gone: Hello, Mr. Daniel, we apologize that our technician came to your house and completed work without your consent. That's just not how we do business. We want our customers to be completely satisfied and 100% confident that all work was done and done correctly. It sounds like we missed. We will remove the additional charge from your bill and hope that you will give us the opportunity to make this right. It's customer service, folks. It's not hard. If you're looking for customer service, don't consider Pla-Mor pools."

"My wife and I just ordered new pool from PlaMor pools and we could not be happier. We worked with Christina mostly but Jennifer helped a bunch too. What great people.
