"Drove up from the Hampton area, about an hour and a half drive based on reviews to get my skis waxed. I can definitely say the reviews were right. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Travis who helped ring me up and was very accommodating with our driving situation by getting the skis waxed and finished right away. I will definitely be bringing my business here in the future."

"Just getting back in to skiing after a decade+ break. After an unpleasant experience last season with rental boots from a resort, I decided to buy my own this year in advance of a week-long trip to Colorado. I visited Ski Center at Westchester Commons twice, once to check out what was available, and a second time a week or so later to get properly fitted. I had a great experience! The sales staff listened to my thoughts on my ability and what I was looking for, took detailed measurements, and recommended a couple of different pairs to try on. Although I had said from the beginning that comfort and function would drive the selection (not price), never once did I feel like they were steering me towards more expensive options. In the end, I decided on the very first pair they had recommended. And I could not be happier! Just got back from that week in Colorado and the boots felt great. In fact, my brother (who I was skiing with) had also gotten fitted with new boots before the trip, but he had his fitting at a very well regarded (and much larger) shop in Park City, UT. While I had zero problems with my boots, he spent the week walking around in pain. I think that's a testament to the time and patience that Ski Center put in to my fitting."

"I want to thank you guys for giving my skis a tune-up. They look beautiful. I needed the bindings adjusted and you just did it right there. Super cool of you. If that was all I needed you would've just sent me on my way no doubt without a charge. I live in New Orleans and you shipped them back to me, and I got them back very quickly with no issues. You can tell people that are in business because of the joy and love they have for that field. "Really inconvenient system for ski rentals. No single day rentals. No over-the-phone rentals. They won't answer the phone even for informational purposes. Then, when I drive 30 minutes to the actual storefront, counterperson says that they cannot estimate availability for the coming weekend until Wednesday afternoon. (It's Monday today.) When on Wednesday? Oh, we open at 10am. No thanks—I will take my business elsewhere."
