"I went into your Wheaton store yesterday wanting to purchase two or three of your hats. But neither of the staff members greeted me or acknowledge my present. I stood close to cash register waiting for the young lady who was determined not to greet me . I even left and came back thinking maybe I give them a second chance. Nope! Your company has been business since 1978 and I really enjoy getting my hat collection from Lids It’s saddened me to leave without my hats. But refused to be treated like dirt and work hard for my money. I don’t always want to shop online I really do like going to the stores. I will not be purchasing any hats from that location. Some colors I haven’t seen in the other 3 locations I visited. I’m hopeful I will find them some where else. Still sad though!"

"I was looking for locations online. About a month ago I visited the Wheaton location with my twins, and was looking for baseball caps for the both of them. One of my twins is autistic, also nonverbal and ran into their stockroom. With a history of managing retail stores before, I know it’s an issue as far as loss prevention. However, I was never greeted or asked for help, but the guy had no problem yelling at my child. Considering I buy two of everything for my twins they are definitely losing out on sales. I’d rather travel to a further store from Wheaton Plaza."

"Always have a great hat selection and if you ask for J.B he does the best custom embroidery ever. Always very clean work he delivers what you ask for."

"I visit this store since 2014, and the new bosses try to steal money from you. and they talk to you very badly I paid with a hundred dollar bill. and I bought a cap for 25 dollars and they always steal 23 dollars from me, I don't know why they do it. I only see them but when I tell them they get angry and Asta takes off the mask when they speak loudly to me. the "boss" who should be removed because the workers told me that it was their "boss's" order. I talked to the "boss" and the only thing he told me was "sorry about that" When he is the one who orders the employees who steal money from them. and the employees are also to blame because they say nothing because they also earn from the robberies they do, so take a good look at how much they charge. I really don't recommend them, don't come here!!"

"Update: My husband reached a good rep. The item should arrive soon. The Company has the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced! Even their their phone tree is a mess. They charged me for merchandise I did not receive. They cannot look up an order with a name, credit card number or email address. They said I must go to my credit card company to get a refund."
