I don’t normally write reviews but the experience was so good I just had to make sure she got the recognition she deserves. She helped me find multiple items that I was looking for and she helped me find the correct fit for new bras that I needed. And I enjoyed how nice she was about everything."

"Great experience thanks to Ms. Keisha who so pleasantly greeted me, offered her assistance and patiently worked with me to find my perfect bra size! While at the same time assisting other ladies in other dressing rooms without missing a beat. I was only going to buy one bra since I wasn't sure if it will be the right fit. But after Ms. Keisha helped me find my perfect size, I ended up buying several bras and happily! Thanks to Ms. Keisha, I now can order bras online or just pick the style I want and not worry about the size. Thank you sooo much!!!"

"Normally use Westfield Mall in Bethesda . Came as a first time with my family, black guy with green threads was professional and attentive, he was very helpful but once I got to the register , 2 ladies apparently 1 of them was the manager, they have no clue about Customer Service , very disappointing, simply just because I wanted some extra bags (5 of them) for my $150 order (gift for 5 friends) Can you believe the silliness of losing $150 order for 25 cents AND NOT EVEN HAVE THE WILLINGNESS NO FIND THE WAY HOW TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!! This 2 ladies should work somewhere else and not in any Victoria Secret ."
