I go in there for a pair of uniform pants and the girl at the counter is chomping gum and giving me an attitude because I asked if they could hem the pants I'm buying from then. "I'm sorry, we don't stop work for nobody. We have orders that are backed up and we ain't stopping them to hem pants." I was like ok, I'll order them online, lol... I'll take my $320 somewhere else."

"I am very disappointed in the fact that I just found out that I paid $43.99 for overnight shipping and the people at FedEx told me that the label was wrong that it was three day delivery unacceptable very unacceptable. The Items I ordered I need it for work today Saturday I ordered yesterday very early in the morning before 8 AM so I can ensure that I got it before I had to go on shift. I’m very disappointed in Galls and I will now have to go out of my way to go to another law-enforcement equipment provider. Very very disappointing very unacceptable I am so heated right now it is not even a joke. I will not be returning to the website nor the store in Norfolk Virginia. I gave it one star,however it deserves a -10."

"Cat and Jacob are amazing! They were both really patience and kind. Cat was able to work with my schedule, despite the store’s hours. Jacob sized my uniforms and didn’t stop offering shirts till it was the perfect fit. He explained everything in detail, researched items online that were not in store (but still with Galls) and he was great. I would come back based off my experience with Cat and Jacob alone."
