"Helena was very cold and rude. I told her my son wanted to keep his length but just needed a cleanup/trim. The first thing she does is take clippers to his head and takes all the hair and length off the back. My son was in tears during the haircut but there wasn’t anything that could be done at that point but to continue the haircut. She didn’t even cut the side burns correctly, when we got home I realized a piece that was still very long on the side. Apparently sports clips only knows how to do one type of haircut and we won’t be going back again."

"This is a good place with friendly staff. You need to make sure that you are very specific on how you want your hair (blade number, fade or line and the length on top) so that you are happy with the cut. The hours continue to change so make sure you check with them before you head over to ensure they are open. Update: you need to be even more specific and very clear as English is not the first language for most stylists. I found out the hard way tonight that sarcasm is not understood....thankfully it was fixable."

"$25 for the worst haircut of my life. I very clearly explained that I wanted to leave my hair long and just get it cleaned up, and they proceeded to shave almost a year’s worth of hair off my head. I do not know if it was incomprehension of clear directions or simply a lack of caring, but it was without a doubt the worst hair-cutting experience I have ever had. Do yourself (and everyone else who has to look at your head) a favor and go somewhere else for a haircut."
