"They need an empty star because 1 is just too much, this place is terrible , I came in to order a new card and was told to wait u til she finishes others in line. She literally kept taking everyone coming in the door while I waited, I went to the Truist by the hospital they got me right in 5 minutes. Do not go here!!"

"I absolutely hate this bank branch. This whole merger and closure of the Rivermont BB&T is completely inconvenient, and every time I visit this branch I wait in line for at least fifteen minutes. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The tellers aren’t even at the window when you pull up after the car in front of you. They wander off to God knows where and make you wait an additional five minutes for no good reason. Staff issues? Incompetence? Poor management? I don’t know, but it’s enough to make me completely switch banks. Zero Stars if I could."
