"!PARTS! I’m not a huge review person but I’ve had enough poor experiences with dealerships that I think I should give credit where credit is due. I’ve been to their parts counter multiple times lately as I’ve become a Ford owner over the last year. Every time I’ve come in, it’s been for some PIA part that’s hard to find,discontinued, etc. and every time if someone else didn’t know the parts manager would come help out and make it happen. Always pleasant to deal with and never acted put out when I needed even the cheapest piddly part. Thanks Guys !"

"There’s really no point in making an appointment. They just focused other cars and said they would get to mine eventually. Only plus side is the coffee in the waiting room was pretty good."
"I've just been disappointed with the overcharges and lack of communication in the past. And always struggling and not figuring out what's wrong with diagnostics and still charging for them. Being lied to also doesn't sit well with me in the past. I think when my warranty is up I dont think I'll go there any more. Car didnt start up again but charged me for something that I was told was fine."
