"It was a rough start however we got through it. They do not do warranty work or claims on RVs. I needed my fuel gage fixed and several other items looked St on the RV. Was promptly told they do not work on the house of the RV and can only work on the chassis. After much discussion, we agreed on them working on the fuel tank issue and I asked them to check the entire chassis. They also serviced my generator because I was having issues with that too. Before I left we agreed on a dollar amount not to exceed...which they did but then I asked for a military discount which brought it back down under the agreed upon dollar amount. It did take them two months to make and identify the issues but you have to realize this is a truck company and yhey have to care for their rigs first. I had nothing but time; however, if you're in a bit of a hurry, best look elsewhere. I am pleased with the repairs and the gentlemen I worked with."
