"The first barber(he spoke Spanish) on the left as you walk past the shop leaving out of the mall can’t cut hair. I asked him for his price and if he can cut my hair. I believe his name starts with a C thou I don’t remember it. Hair cut way too long, also had to help him so I look decent. He then passed me the mirror as to say he was done. Let’s just say it still looked like I needed my hair cut and he lacks any experience. I paid he’s price which was $35 and left. Between you and me I would have made a scene and suggested it to be free because you are not skilled enough to charge people to mess up their head."
