"Would definitely not recommend dealing with this place Would put 0 stars if I could They went through a couple places to get an ATV financed, and after finally getting one to accept they asked for a $700 down payment, no big deal, then after that, took it home, rode it 170 something miles or so, then said they needed another $300 and something on the down payment, so after I said I was going to bring it back and got there with it, then they dropped the price and got the payments down and dropped the down payment down to $130 something but considering I told them my income was going to drop some and not able to put anymore down plus I had already brought it back to them and just left it there and was told I’d get my $700 down payment back in a week or 2 only to be told I’m not getting my money back cause of the miles I put on it, definitely not $700 worth of miles, thinking I was going to get it for the deal originally drew up. They really need to get better at dealing with people. Not to mention, that was pretty much my whole check that week that was put as down payment. Might I also add that I only signed the first deal, they went with the second one without my knowledge or approval I’ll also add, it was a used 2019 ATV, not a brand new 2023 or 2024 Definitely stay away and go to YPK or a Can Am dealer, save yourself hassle"

"The salesman I spoke with had given me some false information. But Wes is a really cool and understanding, professional guy. I can't fault him for his salemans mistakes. But overall a really nice dealership with some quality bikes."

"I just spoke with a sales manager who basically told me I was a liar. I was told I'd be called back twice today and am still waiting. Jessica the sales person said she'd call me back in 10 minutes ... I'm still waiting on that call. Which is fine I think they just need to set expectations. So if they said we are really busy and honestly we don't have the product to meet the demand nor the personal to assist with your purchase at least they be honest. I wouldn't expect this dealer to be able to work with you remotely. Maybe if you came in it'd be a different story but I'm not sure. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'd drive rhe extra 100 miles to get away from the "motorsports " coverage area. I know that to be lexington richmond and Pikeville. So avoid at all costs. Horrible experience and lack any sort of customer service. Lexington/richmond/Lexington all under the same management stay away."
