"Don't use this company. Worst experience I ever had. They quoted one price, charged me 3.5x what they quoted. Took me to airport, I went to pay with a credit card, they told me their machine was broke and I can only pay cash. They said the meter is broken as well. Run."

"Driver Joey was fantastic. But dispatcher Samir took advantage of knowing I needed a taxi to the airport ASAP and charged me $160 fare. He became a little rude when I asked why so much, because Colonial Capital Cab was going to charge only $100 (although they never showed up, hence needing a new taxi ASAP)."

"I made a reservation with this company to take me to the airport for an early flight. I used this company because of the good reviews. Well…I called when the driver was about 5 minutes late. He told me that the reservation was for an hour later than when I called. Then the address was wrong on his manifest. He knew it was an airport fare. We ended up leaving 30 minutes past my reservation time. I asked if I could pay with the credit card I gave them to make the reservation. The driver said yes. The driver, Joe, is a nice guy and got me to the airport so I could make my flight. Then today the company accused me of not paying my bill AND said that would I didn’t even have a reservation! They came to my home and threatened my husband! I did pay my bill. My fault because I didn’t confirm my reservation. Needless to say, I will ever use them again. The owner was extremely rude and this whole experience was extremely unprofessional for a company that is supposed to be in the customer service business. I don’t care if they have been around for 18 years. If you use them…confirm your trip."

"Our family was stranded in the area during vacation. Our van had to be towed to a dealer, and the four of us could not fit in the cab of the tow truck for a ride into town. We called this taxi service and it was wonderful! Joey, the driver, was prompt and very courteous, friendly and professional, and the inside of the vehicle was immaculately clean. I have only good things to say about this cab service. Highly recommend."
