"We are so blessed to have found this daycare. The staff is extremely friendly and warm--they make you feel like your child is a part of a family. The teachers update the app with your child's activities, feedings, bathroom breaks, etc. They also send cute pictures/videos to show you your kid's smiling face while you're away. My son is developing very well and learning new social skills :) 10 stars"

"My children were going here for almost a year. When I tell you they are very unprofessional my son had spoiled milk in his cup literally for 8 hours and they still had it reachable where other children can reach it which is very uncalled for. Instead of talking to me they decided to terminate my kids care due to me telling parents to be Cautious as a concerned parent should be. I also had to cut my sons hair off because he came in contact with someone with lice. Many parents have came up to me personally and complained as well there is no stability with teachers it’s like they all just move around."

"I love Salem Fields. I have a 2.5 year old and 1 year old at the facility. Both of which have been there since they were approx 3 months old. The teachers are amazing with my kids, I get updates and pictures throughout the day through their app, and phone calls of anything I should know. Staff is super friendly. I also really love that they incorporate religion to our children. I'm really happy and would highly recommend!"

"Worst daycare facility by far. Kids come home with bumps and bruises without explanation. When you ask, it’s like you’re bothering them. Kids are back and forth between different classes/teachers so no relationship can be established. Several confirmed cases of COVID and it will probably get worse, because the place looks unsanitary and it doesn’t smell great either. Not sure who is in charge of cleaning, but they need to hire professionals. This is literally somewhere to drop your kids off. Nothing more."

"The Salem Learning Center in Fredericksburg, VA has improved tremendously! My children are now in a safe and leaning educational center, not just in a babysitting setting. The current director and NEW personnel are very professional, fully qualified, who provide good examples and manners to the children. They are not over ratio any longer because the current teachers and staff knows and understand the local and federal regulations. The Salem Learning Center has now a true curriculum plan delivered by well educated and experienced teachers. My children love this place!! Of course, teachers who think this place was a babysitting setting refused to help improve the processes and decided to damage the learning center reputation. Now, I work in my job in peace each day while my children are in a safe and learning place. Highly recommend the Salem Learning Center!"
