"Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. A representative from Neathawk measured and supposedly ordered doors for my house the second week of November. I spoke with someone every single day starting on December 4 and still as of 12/13 do not have the doors in my possession. Every day I was told it will be tomorrow. I ended up having to cancel the order and get what I needed from another local company."

"Not impressed. Prices are too high and I guess because I have more than a few tattoos, it means they should follow me around the store to make sure I don't steal stuff"

"Store is clean and well organized. However, I tried to get gutter, down spout and connections and elbows but no tailpiece in white so I decided to switch to brown. Got everything I needed except they only had 1 package of brown spikes and ferrules. Paid for everything else and went to the warehouse to get loaded. The brown downspout was scratched and bent. I told him I wanted to trade it for a good one because I was paying top dollar for what I was buying. He said I don't blame you a bit. So since I needed to finish this job I decided to get a refund on everything and go somewhere else just to make sure that everything matched."

"I go in there all the time for work. I've also shopped there for personal supplies. The people at the pro desk are always helpful and the guys in the yard are great about directions to materials (they have like 6 or more storage bays that you could fit a house in). They are always ready to load and offer advice on load balancing and safety strapping. Honestly one of my favorite businesses in the Lewisburg area."

Wish they wore something that identified them as employees though. Wasn't sure who worked there until they asked if I needed help Atmosphere: 5/10 It's a hardware store Busy: 3/10 Not really crowded when I was there Value: 7/10 Depends on what you're buying but they do seem to have brands that are good quality Overall: 10/10 Highly recommend this place"
