"Went to get a new system they sold me one used, took it home found out it was broken, luckily returned it the same night got most my money back and if not for the warranty might not have got my money back. They were also tryna make me wait tell the next day to return it which was suspicious. straight scam artist, time wasters, do not go to this GameStop they were better off closed for the pandemic. The customer service was decent but a front for a broken shop, the other representative ran out the building and sped off in a car parked right in front of their door blocking the handicap ramp, making it harder for customers to pull in and out. I thought I was getting great service but turned out it was a scam to get sales or it was a lack of system inspection on used products they buy from other customers either way I recommend shopping else where."

"Great location, easy to get in and out of, the staff are knowledgeable, if they don't know the answer they are eager to find out for you, and best of all, they are not pushy there. I'm a local so they know my preferences. I've only ever been let down once, but that was game content, not service or anything wrong with the store. Only negative I can possibly think of is they don't have a public restroom, but I don't think I've ever been to a game stop that had one."

"I have no idea why Google always asks me to review the same GameStop store in Lewisburg, West Virginia. There is nothing that I would ever say that is negative about the store. From every single sales associate that they have which work pretty steady inconsistent unless they are actually relocated to higher management positions, as rightfully they should be, everyone knows who my son is knows what he enjoys in would think that he needs to play and they helped me so that I can then in turn surprise him with purchases. Honestly I have no idea why Google keeps asking me to review this GameStop because I would give them a hundred Stars from the cleanliness of the store to how they do you there display units it's just a really great awesome vibe in the employees are always top-notch and if one of them doesn't know the answer to a question they will make sure that they have somebody else that answers it. The store's absolutely amazing."
