"This restaurant (Williamsburg location) was terrible. I think they are having lots of problems. Aside from our sweet waitress, the food was awful. The salmon was small and WAY over salted and the asparagus was so over cooked it was wilty with some yellowing. That was the very first time in my life that I actually returned my meal. They gave me a deluxe salad instead. The waitress raved about how good it would be, it was literally greens with three sliced strawberries and a few crumbles of goat cheese. That’s it! The restaurant had a weird musty smell, the seat cushions were very worn and slightly torn. I have eaten in several Baker’s Crust locations and had very good experiences in the past. Stay away from the Williamsburg location."

"2024 January, For the last 2 or 3 years, I usually order the wine country salad and grilled chicken to add to my salad when we come to Williamsburg. This is always good and thank you for keeping this on the menu! I order by phone and pickup. It is usually ready when I arrive and the people inside are friendly and service is always good. As I was waiting inside near the front door and hostess desk, 2 people came in behind me and 1 person said, so the food is not that good here?!? I responded quickly and said, the food and service are always good when I come here. For whatever reason, this place is always slow on Saturday at peak dinner time hours. Highly under rated and highly under estimated! I highly recommend this restaurant. 2021-07-17 called, placed order to pickup, picked up dinner, the wine country salad was so good! Asked for ranch dressing, they put the ranch dressing in two containers on top of the salad in the to-go salad container. My daughters and I enjoyed the kids meal chicken fingers and honey mustard and we all enjoyed the cut up fried potato chips! 2018-06-17 dinner with church family for Father's day, service was good and food was good too 2018-03-31 my wife, daughter and I had dinner with her girlfriend, her husband and their 2 sons, we all had house salad (house dressing is a mix of French and thousand island dressing, and it taste so good), shrimp and grits, Asiago chicken, Hawaiian steak and my one and only favorite, meatloaf.. Everything was good and the lady waitress was good too. 2017-12-28 had dinner with my mother, father, sister and brother, service (waitress) was excellent, seating was good, and the meatloaf is my one and only favorite entree!q"

"My bartender Mark was very attentive and welcomed my odd request to add fruit in my soda with a smile. And you can never go wrong with the chicken, which is served nice and juicy! Portion size is on point! I'm excited to try one of the burger offerings on my next visit."

"The food is 50/50 depending on what you get. For breakfast, the chicken tenders look great but are very bland. The syrup helped some from the waffle. The coffee tasted a bit burnt. Very strong. Not a regular Starbucks if you're use to that. Bacon and home fry potato hash browns were great. Was not a fan of breakfast with them. Lunch and dinner have more options and flavors. Much of the menu is kind of boujee. Great servers and kitchen staff."
