Kingsport Cabbie

"I'm from Quebec Canada and i go in Tennessee for the work but i have a day to visiting Kingsport. I call this company and Wes came took me and lift me all day and show me some different place. Wes was very friendly and i got the most beautiful experience with a taxi company. I recommand this Cab company with no hesitation !"

"I called to book a ride from Kingsport to Tri-cities airport. I explained that it was an early pick up for 4 am, he sounded reluctant at first and then said yes he would put me down for the ride. I reconfirm and said “so I can count on someone being here tomorrow morning at 4am” and he said yes. He said his boss would call me later that evening to confirm the address as he would be working that shift and they were not familiar with the particular street I was on (clearly they are unfamiliar with google maps?). I never received a call that evening which I knew was probably a bad sign. Of course no one showed up this morning to pick me up. I had to rely on my 83 year old mother-in-law to take me to the airport which is such an imposition at 4 am. Shame on this company for accepting a booking, telling me they would pick me up, and not show up. To make matters worse, when I called this morning at 4am to see if anyone was on their way, their main “business” line was forwarded to someone’s phone with a very inappropriate voicemail greeting. Not a professional or reliable company. It’s sad that the city of Kingsport doesn’t hold taxi companies to a better standard. Tri-Cities airport should remove this company from their list of transportation companies. It’s a referral this company doesn’t deserve. Clearly they don’t seem to be in need of any business."

"If I could give a 0 I would always saying there's an hour wait if not longer when you ask to be put on the list they forget about you! Always rude when you call use to be a really good one when the other guy I think his name was jon was working there now it sucks"

"My motorcycle broke down right before a rain storm. I called for a cab and they said it would be 30-45 minutes, so i let my friend ride home to avoid the rain. I waited 45 minutes and called back to find out the first driver clocked out and it would be an hour on the second. An hour in, and no show. They stopped answering my calls for help. I spent from 12:30am to 6am trying to find a way home. I had to walk 12.1 miles in the piss pouring rain after finally giving up! The cabbies were rude and unprofessional too!"
