"Disrespectful workers and a broken pizza machine they refuse to acknowledge. Don't buy any food from this place. It's either old, burnt, or raw."
"This place is gross. The workers were standing around talking to friends instead of maintaining the store. It was dirty and there was absolutely no coffee. The coffee that was there was obviously old and gross tasting. The food on grill had been there far too long and was shriveled/dried up. I wouldn't even let my dog eat that food off the floor in this 7-Eleven."
"Very Kind Staff!! Totally Different then other 7-11's in this Area. Asked for Directions as I was getting out of my Car, the Cashier was Busy but said hold on I will help you in a Few. I Salute Him and Thank You. I Apologise I forgot your Name. I am Disabled and am on a Walker. I hope your Owner knows His Staff is Well Appreciated. I will be Back. Thanks again."
"I will no longer spend my money at this store. Went in last night and the man who was working was busy playing the slot machine, like always. He gives me this look like how dare you come in here and make me have to stop playing and wait on you. Aisles full of items he should have been putting out. I asked him if there were bananas and he snapped "they are in the box right there." I don't get paid to work there but I guess if I wanted it I had to unpack it. Then I stood there waiting for him to ring me up for 10 minutes because he was rushing around to make coffee for the people who were waiting for that, since he was busy gambling and there was none made. The lady in front of me got fed up and left her things sitting there. He finally asked if I was ready and I said yes but he still waited another few minutes before he came to ring me up. He gave me the wrong cigarettes and I was honestly too afraid to tell him. I was going to let it go until I went in there tonight. I put my things on the counter and told him he gave me the wrong cigarettes last night and I want this kind. He got mad and said if I want to cop an attitude he has the right to refuse me service. I said I should have copped an attitude last night when you left me standing up here waiting for almost 15 minutes. He kept saying things like "are you having a bad day?" and "take your attitude somewhere else." I didn't know it was getting an attitude to ask for the cigarettes you want since I was paying for them. This is not the first time I have been in that store while things are going on that should not be. He and his wife got into a loud argument while they were working one night two weeks ago and they were yelling the F word over and over. My little granddaughter was terrified. That doesn't belong in any place of business. He also allows his minor sons to play the slot machines. I sat right beside them and watched those kids playing the machine. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. You probably don't really care if you lose just one customer but I am not the first you have lost because of that man. He seems to be addicted to those machines and he is forcing customers to have to wait because of it. He is talking to customers rudely because he has to stop playing and ring them up. Nothing is getting done because he is playing. If I was a business owner I would not allow my employees to play those machines on the clock and speak to my customers like that. But like I said, what's ONE lousy customer matter? Pathetic."
"Store itself seemed fairly nice. Food was hot, appeared fresh and well stocked on the grill. This was a Saturday afternoon. No one greeted me or anything on my way in. 1 person was busy and 1 was playing on his cell phone. Men's restroom was a disaster. Could not have made it to another place or I would have left, so I sanitized the seat as best I could... Ugh."
