"Website is absolutely terrible, spent 40 minutes trying to find how to reserve rental equipment for snowboarding. Found plenty of sentences saying to reserve your rental equipment online, but no where to actually reserve rental equipment. Starting to regret buying a lift ticket!"

"I went two times. Once during a peak and once during off season. Both times were fantastic. There were no problems changing our tickets dates when we got snowed in. Also when I got a lesson it took really long to get equipment so we went over our original time but our instructor still was nice about it and gave us our full hour. The instructor was also very nice. On off season is really the best time to go so there is less people and more space to ski!!"

"READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE REVIEW, IT WILL SAVE YOU SOME TIME! Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the sold out days, rental pickup can take upto 2 hour between 10:30 AM and 1 PM. Be there by 8:30 AM to avoid the long wait. It is definitely not safe from COVID when everyone is crowed together to pickup tickets and rentals. 1. Purchase lift tickets and equipment rentals in advance. Friday and weekend will sell out fast. 2. After park your car, take everything that you need with you. 3. Have someone from your group wait in line for rental equipment pickup. 4. Pickup your lift tickets and the equipment rental tickets at the ticket office. 5. Optional: if you have signed up for lessons, go straight to the Learning Center desk at Mountain Cruisers to check-in. They will help you with fitting in the rental equipment. Make sure you fill out your rental info before you arrive. 6. Rent a locker to keep all your items, so you will have free hands to pickup boots, skis or snowboard. $8 for a small locker and $10 for a large locker. For $2 different, I highly recommend rent a large locker. Our small locker only fit six pair of shoes. 7. While someone is waiting in line to get rentals, you need to fill out the rental info for everyone in your party on one of the kiosks. 8. You will pickup the boots first, ski or snowboard next. Ski poles are outside. 9. Ask a staff to extend the end time for lost time during rental pickup. 4 hours should be enough time to enjoy a good day of skiing."

"This is a great place for folks of all age groups. Had fun with skiing. Well organized on the slopes. Plenty of staff. I felt there should have been more staff to guide people around. We lost almost 1.30 hr trying to find kids ski lessons place and out ski lessons. Specially people who are starting new. We drove 5 hrs passing other ski resorts on our way to M, I wish the management will look into it. We had a great time, only wish it would have been smoother. You won’t regret coming here. Great fun."
