"Went in to get my hair trimmed, ended up cutting 6-7 inches off. I wanted an inch at most. She said the ends were dead and she needed to take 2-2.5 inches and that would have been fine. It’s extremely choppy and the back is shorter than the front. It looks like I handed a child scissors. Charged me for a cut and wash so $30 my hair wasn’t even wetted to cut it also charged my Husband for a $30 wash and cut and just under $20 for “trimming his beard” again he was trimmed with scissors and no wash. Idk what’s going on there but I wouldn’t recommend them."
