"I moved to the area this past year so I thought I would give a local salon a shot. Upon walking in the salon I noticed it was dirty and unkept. I went against my better judgement and continued on with my appointment. Not only did I receive the worst balayage I have ever gotten but Carmen also went WAY lighter than I wanted. After I got home I noticed my hair smelled completely burnt and my ends were singed. I immediately washed and treated my hair only to find that my naturally curly hair is completely ruined and fried. (FYI this is no regaining curls back my hair needs to grow back out). I will never recommend this salon to anyone"
