"I went there because I was told how great these ladies were. I got the absolute worst cut and color in my entire 60 years. People, please take caution if you ever visit this salon. It will take me six months or more to fix this awful disaster. I think if I shaved my head I might be able to go out of my house. It’s that bad! I’m in tears. I’m going to have someone else try and fix my color. I’ll have to go with a very short boy cut to fix this cut. Words cannot describe how upset I am"
