"I have had stitches in my chin three times during my childhood. Where they shaved it to put in stitches created coarse stubble as I aged. Plucking them made each hair follicle sore and led to ingrown hairs, etc. I have very sensitive skin. Depilatory products "burned". After researching I decided that electrolysis was the only solution. Alicia and her daughter are both very professional, have extensive knowledge of hair removal and are very pleasant to interact with. I would recommend them if you need help. Electrolysis is not, however, a one time treatment. The more you have plucked the hairs, which they explained to me causes the hair follicle to twist, the more resistant it is to treatment. That has been my experience but we are making progress!"
