"Because of where my dish was located on my roof, DirecTV told me that you are on your own. New safety protocols do not allow them to do certain things. I was then recommend to try Sat Man. He quickly responded, we schduled a time. He arrived a bit earlier than expected,. We set up the ladder, he spent about 8 mins inspecting and realigned the dish using the dish alignment meter. 100% Signal Strength. Done.... DirecTV techs in the past have been great over the years, but I am glad to say that I now found a better alternative."

"We payed more than $2400 to Sat-Man. Initially our internet access improved but then returned to original slow speeds. Jim Cookson came twice to re-adjust, each time saying he needed to try something else and would return in 1 week. Nearly 3 weeks have now passed and he stopped responding to our calls. Our internet access is worse than when he installed, severely impacting our ability to work from home. The worse customer service we’ve ever experienced."
