"Had 1 appointment and it went well. The workers were discussing a lot of personal drama in front of customers. Has to wait over an hr for appointment, but the worker kept me updated. Made another appointment for a fill in and all was great until they canceled my appointment 30 minutes before i was supposed to be there. No big deal. Rescheduled and then couldn't get them to answer my calls. Once I got ahold of them to confine my new appointment, they attempted to cancel again. We agreed I couldn't do another time and I came to my appointment for them to not be there and again not answer and calls or texts. I have heard from other customers this happens all the time. I will be looking for a new salon to work with my needs."
