"I have been followed by employees to a point of not going back. Thought I would give that place another chance today but had the umpa lumpa at the door stop me because I had a drink. I don't know how they keep that store open and afford to pay those girls that run off the customers"

"Turning in to x rated store. It used to have a variety of merchandise that catered to many different shoppers. Now it seems to cater to degenerates. They should close if they can't cater to more markets"

"I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. The older lady working was unbelievably rude and snapped at my friend the second we walked in because she didn’t see the sign saying you couldn’t have drinks in the store. Instead of kindly telling us the policy, she was extremely rude, and publicly raised her voice at us twice as we were leaving the store, mockingly saying to reading the sign next time. I will never give Spencer’s my business again because this experience turned me off so badly. Invest in better employees and maybe the ratings will go up."

"Staff is helpful and pretty friendly most days. Prices are high but I love the deals and sales they have going on fairly often; those make it worth it. And you can get a lot of things here you can't anywhere else in my experience."

"This place has a great selection of merchandise, some is a little pricey however the reason I rate this specific store so low is the rude employee's. No more Spencer's for me, I can get the same products from other online vendors and not have to deal with the smart mouth kids who work there. Even the best of stores can't profit with such a rude staff."
