"This 7 11 has people in there stealing from customers I had went to get 2 money orders one for 500 and 450 on the other one and he only put 400$ on kne and kept the money and didn’t give me a reciept and he left as soon as that happened I went back in 2 minutes later they called him to come Back and he argued with me never got my money back told another woman that works a different shift she said she has told the owner and she doesn’t do anything about it they are stealing all the time! Went in today for a free slurpy and 2 other things that was a dollar and was charged 6 something he tried to add something that was a lottery sale but k caught it! Multiple people have told me the same situation has happened or they aren’t giving them all their chanfe back! If you go in there make sure to check everything and get a reciept!"

"Went for 7/11 free slurpy day. Got a coke slurpy. I was very excited for this slurpy only to find out that when I sipped it that my slurpy tasted like rotten eggs. For it to taste like rotten eggs they have had to not clean the machine in a very long time. Very disappointed. I used my one and only free slurpy reward and I got a rotten egg slurpy. I will NOT be returning."

"My experience at this store was very interesting.. walked in the store for the first time ever, over heard a statement that anyone else would have found offensive. What makes it so interesting is how the statement was after asking a my questions. The following statement was made. Here are some banana's i know monkeys like banana's! I'm not one to react to statements like that however the statement was made. For that I will NEVER walk into this store again!"

"The "Iced Coffee Big Gulp 89c Promotional Offer" poster posted outside of this seven eleven says "Any iced coffee in a big gulp cup is 89 cents" This proved to be false. I went and filled a big gulp with iced coffee and brought it to checkout. They said that since I had gotten iced coffee from their machine at the coffee bar, and had not made it myself (also at the coffee bar), I had to pay 3.98$, instead of the 89c for a big gulp full of iced coffee. There is no indication of this difference in this store. What a load of malarkey."

"This 711 is normally great. They have the best coffee out of the 711s in town because they still use the old school pots. The other ones use the insualted dispensers which never get cleaned properly and the coffee's taste is affected. However, I'm really disappointed with the last interaction I just had with the new cashier Brooklyn. She was so rude and not friendly or customer-service oriented in any way. I got no "hello" "how are you" "thanks" "have a great day" NOTHING. She didn't even tell me my total she just stood there and stared at me. Don't hire people that have no customer service skills, it really kills your business. Usually the cashiers there are nice but not her."
