"Don't waste your time going to Snow Nails & Spa I have glue left ALL over my hands. Only got 1 coat of polish for the French tips which you can see through. They told me they COULDNT do french tips with regular polish which you CAN. SO they charged me for gel polish. Per the website it's $35-$45 for a set and brelee chose to leave her nails long so they charged her $70 AFTER doing them. Not before hand. Didn't tell me a price until after. Dissatisfied if not even close to how I feel. Not to mention how CROOKED my nails are. OH and they have a sign up saying if you're paying with cash and your services are over $100 you get a discount well that's false also they told ME NO."

"I went here for the second time earlier this week for a pedicure. The lady who did the pedicure was very rough and pushy. She actually made me jump and say “ouch!” When removing skin on the right side of my big toe. She took either a huge chunk of skin or part of my nail off right by my nail bed. It has hurt non-stop for the last 2 days, and is warm to the touch, swollen and I am concerned it may be infected. I have never had an issue like this before in the 15 years I’ve been going to nail salons. She also repeatedly tried to persuade me to get a manicure and my eyebrows done after I had politely said I wasn’t interested."

"Great place! Really nice and polite and clean! They have very affordable prices and do a great job most of the time. I had a problem once and asked if they could fix my daughter's nails. I offered to pay extra since they were already done and she was unhappy. They re-did it, didn't make her feel bad, and didn't charge me extra! I go in with three or four of us and they treat us wonderfully. They sometimes don't charge for the girls' little extras like two nails with designs on them. After some terrible experiences at some other local nail salons, I am very pleased."

"My third time going to this shop and this experience was terrible. I was getting my nails done and Snow was taking her time until 3 white young ladies walked in. Snow rushed to do my nails and rushed me out of the shop. I did not like my nails and I asked her to re-shape them but she filed one nail and said done. She rushed me even when paying and I don't know why I paid. She is also rude asking for a tip. So I left but I came back to get her to fix the nails or get a refund. She tried to say my nail was crooked and fat as to why the nails was not good. I showed her a pic of what shape I wanted. Snow would not thin out the nails is what I asked for. It was not even close. I talked to her husband and they did not refund me and told me to come back in two weeks. Snow tried to get the young ladies to agree w/ her but they were scared but told me that the nails looked awful after the fact.. I will not patronize this shop ever again. They have terrible service. There is no signage that says no- refund in the shop any where. I took pictures. I had to go to another shop and get my nails fixed. The nails were lumpy and chunky and had a sloppy paint job. I have pics of the new nails as well.. The pink nails at the bottom are the re-done nails which I liked. This place is no where near the best in Lynchburg. They not even in the top 5 of nail salons."
