"50 floor not only over charged me but they were fast to take a $2000 (half up front) and then show up 2 weeks later with a completely wrong carpet. Then spending a week of them telling me they are going to fix it and call me the next day when they never do. My home is torn apart expecting installation a week ago and all I have is hope they will maybe come through. If giving them my business is this stressful I can’t imagine the process of asking for the money back. So far I’d say save yourself and go with empire today. Will definitely update once something gives. Update. 50 Floor came through with a great installation of carpet and after, they made things right for the delay."

"Up front everything seemed good. Good customer service and so on. I was enjoying my floor until a year after the install I experienced a leak to my main water line inside of the home. Once my wall was cut open it was discovered that a nail from the baseboard that was installed by 50 Floor went into my copper pipe. Once it began to rust the water began to leak out. I am now looking at thousands of dollars worth of damage because of it and their "water warranty" is only applicable for five days after the job is completed. If the leak had not occurred due to the install then I would have rated them higher but between the stress and expenses that I'm incurring because of all of this it has really tainted my experience with 50 Floor."

"Matthew Vansant arrived for our scheduled appointment and showed us the flooring products that were available. He stayed until we were satisfied with the type of flooring and molding work that would be done. The installers called us and arrived on time. They were professional and installed our new flooring in the family room and foyer of our home. I would recommend 50 Floor to anyone that is looking to upgrade their flooring. We will be utilizing them for our future flooring needs!!"

"The master bath floor install went well and looks good. They added additional subfloor that raised the height of the toilet so it did not get a tight seal on the wax ring. So of coarse it leaked all over the subfloor and down to my dinning room ceiling and destroyed it. They repaired the ceiling but left a mess all over my dinning room and living room for my surprise and did not properly install the toilet. They left plaster and paint all over my walls, floor (that I bought from 50Floor) furniture, lights, kitchen sink, dinning room bench, and wall hanging pictures. After informing the local office of this they have chosen to ignore me. I gave them 30 hours to respond. Don't even want money, I asked for professional cleaning service and a real plumber to finish the toilet with an extended pipe."
