"The pharmacy staff is amazing!!! They care about you. I pay out of pocket at times to come here over CVS as the service is galaxies apart. Walgreens understands the needs of patients and works quickly and diligently to fill your prescription in a fast manner and also takes any amount of time needed to answer questions or concerns. It is the best experience especially when not feeling well and do not want to spend unnecessary time waiting around."

"I made the mistake of scheduling a Covid booster and flu shot for my kids here, despite poor customer service from Walgreens in the past. When I needed to make a simple change to my appointment for one child (add a flu shot to an existing appointment), it turned into an hour long saga of them trying to reschedule the appointment for over an hour and a half later, lying to me about what appointment had been altered or created, waiting on hold for the actual physical pharmacy in Newport News (as opposed to the call center) before ultimately being hung up on, calling the call center back and being told that the wrong appointment was the only one on the book, being told nothing could be done to alter that, and when I asked to speak to a manager, having them try to keep me from speaking to the manager by coming back to tell me (while I was on hold) again and again and again to tell the manager was on another call with another customer and that it would “a long time” before I could speak to them. Finally, when they said I was going to be transferred to the manager, they hung up on me. I tried to fill out an end of call customer service survey - twice - and both times the system hung up me. I have NEVER in my life experienced such poor customer service. I am in management in the medical field and this should make anyone who cares about medicine and taking care of patients ashamed. Save your energy and time. If you’re able, go to CVS or a smaller local pharmacy."
