"The absolute worst nail experience I have EVER had in my life! I came in for a manicure and pedicure, called ahead when they opened and it was no problem. There was a guy who sat at the first table from the entrance that did my manicure. Please pay attention to the instruments they use because I some were new but some were already opened and dirty. I was holding my breath hoping he didn’t cut me and God knows what fungus or disease would transfer. Ultimately he finished and the manicure was okay. My pedicure, however, was a complete disaster from start to finish. It was the second chair from entrance and a female. She was all over the place. She let my feet soak and then took them out, put them on TOP of the metal part of the callus remover, balancing (what the heck!), plopped on some sugar scrub (literally piled it and left it there, did not rub it in or anything) and then left me to go do somebody’s eyebrows!!! It was so uncomfortable and freezing how long I was left there balancing so I put my feet back in the water to rinse off and allowed her tool to fall. I was so mad and she came back shocked that I was. I told her I just want to leave and she grabbed my foot and tried to scrub. I told her she can just stop because I’m leaving. SHE THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE!! I told her I was not paying for a service she did not perform. If anything I would pay half the service and that’s me compromising because she did not perform the service. She then held my card hostage and finally gave it back AFTER charging me because I threatened to call the police. She had the audacity to yell at me and had another male yelling as me as well saying I shouldn’t have agreed to begin with. Never did I agree to being left for her to perform another service to somebody else, but either way you do NOT treat people like this and then gang on on them, hold their property hostage and charge without their consent. I was so disgusted. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT put yourself in the position to deal with these people!"
