"Unclear how this salon has such high ratings. Based on reviews, chose to get a haircut with Alex. Previously had long hair with some soft layers. Left with essentially a rat tail in the back with shelfy layers. Looks horrible and lost ~6in of length when asking for 1-2 off."

"Heather did an amazing job on my hair! I had my hair done at another salon that fried parts of my hair and left me with uneven color. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and look through inspo photos. She came up with a plan that would fix my hair color and give me the results I was looking for without causing additional damage. I recently went back in just for a glaze and blow out to help blend my roots until my next appointment and once again she worked her magic! My hair is so soft and silky smooth and I have received so many compliments on my hair color! The atmosphere is also amazing, you can tell everyone loves what they do and they’re all so friendly.
