"I’m really unhappy with the job Hanna did on my lashes after laying in the chair for 4 hours and showing her exactly what I wanted. It feels like I’m living in an alternate reality where this stuff is acceptable now. I have never had a full lash set take 4 hours in over 2+ years, and then for it to just look like she gave me a lash lift. I feel like I was ripped off for $175 and I will never get that time back. Now because I was visibly upset, Amanda doesn’t want to keep the appointment I had to fix this job that Hanna did. What a terrible experience. Edit - A few days later I’m now having pain because Hanna glued one extension onto 2 lashes so they can’t even grow naturally. I had to have someone fix the botched job that Hanna did and they were surprised it took her 4 hours to mess up my lashes. You can keep making up excuses, but my experience with Hanna was completely unacceptable"
