"I called this establishment to inquire about getting a haircut. I wanted to know if walk-ins were welcome and was informed that it was appointments only. I was then told that there were no appointments available at the time I was hoping for so I asked if I could possibly get booked with a different barber at the shop that had earlier open slots. I was immediately hung up on. Poor customer service and unexpected for a shop that has such high ratings. Will be taking my business elsewhere"
