"We were in the area while staying at the local Massanutten Resort. The warm staff greeted us with smiles as soon as we walked into the business, including their customers. It was my mother's first time receiving spa services and the staff made sure she was comfortable the entire time while receiving her services. "My mother and I had an appointment on Saturday at 10:45 for facials. We arrived around 10:25, just a little bit early. They was not even open even though online it states that they are open at 10am. At 10:35 one of the lady’s showed up and started to prepare our rooms. When we booked the appointment we thought that we would be in the same room but we was not in the same room, and we did not start our facials until 11:00. Overall Massage was amazing, my body felt relaxed. The hot towels was perfect temperature and my skin was very smooth and radiant."
