"This was my first visit and didn’t know what to expect. I was meet at the by DeKeshia who showed me around and explained the process. Cynthia was my hair stylist, we discussed what I was looking for in my haircut. Arlyn did my pedicure. These ladies were polite friendly and professional. I had a very pleasant visit and have scheduled my next appointment. A job well done by all."
"The beard trim was good, and the haircut was okay, but the bottom line is that this service is just too expensive. And I had the "entry-level" plan that cost $88 a month for two services. It goes up from there, and then the price was raised by $10 more for 2024. It's just not affordable for the average guy. I also had problems scheduling at times that were convenient for me, though I appreciated the appointment system. Whether or not I am offered a beer before the haircut really didn't matter. The beer a month is not worth the extra cost. Everyone was nice, so no complaints there. Bottom line: too expensive for haircuts."
"I signed up prior to the holidays just to try it out but ended up with the basic membership (Classic). Had a great experience in December but it was premature to leave a decent review. After a few weeks, I scheduled an appointment via the app and everything was good to go. I received a call letting me know that I can come a little early, which was convenient. As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted warmly by Nicole and was brought to the bar to have my complimentary drink. Not long after that my barber, Paige, showed up and welcomed me. He was very professional and took the time to understand what haircut I wanted to get and what my goals were for the hairstyle I'm trying to achieve in the future. He was very respectful, skilled, and efficient with the time while providing an amazing haircut. I am very satisfied and can't wait to come back (I get 2 classic services per month). Also, shout out to Nicole for inviting my wife, while she waits, to the bar section for a complimentary drink. Kudos to everyone!"
"I brought my 10 year old son in for a haircut. It was a regular , nothing special mop top thin out and and trim. The stylist was very nice, took a few minutes to talk about hair goals, gave him a *decent* haircut and then proceeded to charge me $90!!! For a HAIRCUT. We will not be returning to say the least, we didn’t have any “complimentary alcoholic beverages” at that price I should have left with a 12 pack. The facility was clean and I liked the shampoo bowl was located at the station. I don’t know anyone to at thinks a $90 boys haircut is even remotely acceptable. Sorry, but $55 was what I was under the impression we would be charged, so be aware before you schedule."
"Jazz was so great with my 3.5 year old son! My son was hesitant at first, but Jazz made him feel comfortable and relaxed! Jazz is definitely the child whisperer. Thanks so much for a great experience and a great cut!"
