"Came in for a gel French manicure as a first time customer and will not be returning. I was not satisfied with the job the man who did my nails. First he had left a noticeably big bump on one of my nails and tried to let me walk out like that. He fixed it until I said something. I wasn’t completely satisfied with job and even tipped them. They had closed the following the day due to the weather. I went back two days after and requested to have my nails painted one color instead or fixed. They said it would be a $25 fee and refused to make it right and basically said I should’ve said something when I initially got my nails done. But couldn’t stay any longer after waiting 30-40 min for someone to be available, which I understand I didn’t have an appointment and was a walk-in. Completely unprofessional"
