"I visited Miko for the first time today for a natural curly cut with (Kat). I thoroughly enjoyed my service and was appreciative of her time and attention. My appointment was at 12pm and she started right on time. I was a little apprehensive about getting a wash n go because I’m a twist out girly but she did a great job and eased my nerves. I was also in and out of the salon in less than three hours from start to finish which I also appreciated. I’ll definitely return for a cut in the future."

"The hair stylist was very rough with my hair & had an attitude both times I’ve been to her. She was mostly on her phone while doing my hair, & rushed blow drying so my hair turned out rough. She charged me more this time for the same service I’ve gotten before as well. Terrible experience with her. Definitely not coming back."

"I've been here 3 times and unfortunately 2 of those 3 experiences were really bad. My first time there I had a specific goal that I wanted. My stylist talked me out of it and convinced me that another route would be better. She ended up completely botching my hair color. It was nowhere close to what I had asked for and I left in tears. She realized she made a mistake and gave me a discount, but I was left with severely damaged hair and a color I did not want at all. However I decided to give her a second chance because I really didn't want to find a new salon. The second time she did a pretty good job, and we had much better communication. Unfortunately, I still wasn't able to get the exact result I wanted, due to the fact that my hair was damaged from the last time. The third time....she kept me waiting for 90 minutes. I came in for my 4:30 appointment and she told me she was almost done with her last client so I stuck around. However, she still had to wash, cut and style her last client. I didn't get to sit in her chair until 6pm. I will not be back."
