Pancho Mexican Restaurant Towers

"Overall, my experience was what I'd expect from a Mexican restaurant. Food was standard, but the drinks were a plus. The service was also standard. It was neat to be able to pay directly from the receipt using the camera on my smartphone - made the payment process seamless and less pressure filled. Otherwise, nothing about the experience stood out for me, but I would go back. The atmosphere was better than most Mexican restaurants I have been to in the Roanoke Valley. They have authentic Mexican paraphernalia, with some modern touches, which was a plus. It's definitely a good spot to come watch a game with friends. Hopefully, they have what it takes to stay open, as this is at least the 3rd restaurant that has attempted to succeed in that location. You can do it!!!"

"This is now my absolute favorite Mexican food restaurant. The atmosphere immediately feels welcoming. The service is literally perfect. I always get seated immediately and followed by the traditional salsa and chips to munch on while perusing the menu. I always order the vegetarian cheese quesadilla with extra mushrooms, and it's always served within ten minutes, and it's delicious, perfect, every time. The staff is super efficient and professional. They always make sure if I need a refill of my unsweetened ice tea. The cost is perfectly priced and the place is perfectly decorated. A lot of thought was behind the artwork, and one can easily tell that whomever decided to open this restaurant really love what they do. I give this restaurant 5 stars and an A+."
