I had to inform them I was ready to check out because they weren’t at the registers when I finished shopping. I usually like Ulta but this location has a judgmental vibe. Not impressed. Do better."

"Stylist Breanna acted like she did not want to do my hair. Made appt online just for her to say she was double booked. Then she sat me down and put her fingers in my hair and said she was not comfortable doing my hair. I then left. At the prices you charge for a haircut this should not happen. Apparently she did not have time for me."

"This was my first experience in the Lynchburg Ulta and it was horrible. I came in to smell a fragrance I have been wanting to try and all of the tester fragrances were locked behind the case so I had to ask an employee to open the case. She seemed annoyed and told me that all of the tester perfumes were locked because someone stole the tester. After she opened the case, I asked to smell another perfume and they did not have a tester, BUT they had the identical scent in a candle, so I asked to smell the candle and she told me “no, I’m not allowed to open the box.” Needless to say, I did not purchase ANY perfume and I doubt I will be back to this location. I understand that another individual unfortunately decided to steal, which is why the perfumes are locked, but it is unfair to other customers that would like to smell the perfumes and PAY for whichever they like. If this is such a problem of people stealing the perfumes, secure them to the area or have an employee stand over there."
