"She braided every possible spot on my head, the parts are straight but its uncentered . its crooked. the braids are so tight i couldn’t even sleep and i cant turn my head. it was so painful every part and every braid was just pain i want to take them out. and the shop was so dirty, fruit flies all in my face and something was leaking on me from the ceiling. and i was at-least expecting maybe some music. all i heard was maybe a news channel loudly playing in my right ear, it didnt have to be that loud considering no other sounds throughout the entire shop."

"This hair salon is the worst I have ever been to. The women running the facility had her children running all around, yelling and even throwing things around the room. She was attempting to do 3 peoples hair at the same time. I would not recommend this shop, she braided my hair extremely tight and the gel product she used had my hair itching like crazy. Needless to say I had to take the braids out after only a few days. Also I noticed she charges different prices for the same styles. Me being from out of town she charged more, my braids were larger and shorter then another customers and she was charged almost $60 less. This form of selective pricing is wrong, and along with the quality of work and the fact I had to take the braids. $260 down the drain! Never ever again!!?"

"Best braid shop in town that I’ve found since moving to Lynchburg July 2020. Her prices match the superior quality of work; however, I paid less in Charlottesville in for braids. I absolutely love that she includes the hair which saves me a trip to the beauty supply store. Shopping is NOT my thing. My braids last longer when she does them. I also receive the most compliments when she does my hair. I think an added bonus is that her children are usually in the shop during my appointments. They engage me without slowing down the process. The sense of community is why I choose to return."
