American Import Auto Spec

"I took my car in Auto Specialist which was right off Drapers drive and kingsbridge dr to have it checked out. This mechanic man named Barry told me it would cost me $45 to have a full diagnostic report. Thats what we agreed on. When I came in the next day to pick up my car, Not he just gave me false reports he also double charged me as well. I told him this was not what we agreed on and I confronted him about some of the reports he made were also false. telling me I needed new break pads and rotors for the front wheels when I just got them done last month. I took this report to another mechanic ( Ford mechanic ) The actual makers of my car. They told me this report is 80% false. This man Barry only got 1 of the 7 things on the list right. which means he listed 6 false things just to charge me an extra $4500. I would highly not recommend this place because all they want to do is change parts of your car that does not need to be fixed just make money off you."

"Good mechanics and reasonable prices. Not very attentive to communicating when vehicles are ready for pickup or if it will take longer than anticipated. Call them regularly!"
