"Melissa runs a wonderful salon! Every stylist provides excellent services, and it is a salon that makes you feel like you are at home. I have been going to Kayla for YEARS. Our conversations always pick up where they left off no matter the time in between. She always knocks every hair request I’ve thrown her out of the ballpark. As a natural redhead, this means a lot. She is so talented and takes her work to heart. Melissa also has great hair products in stock at all times, and a super trendy boutique with nice clothes. No matter how far I move away, I will always travel to In Town Beauty for all of my families hair needs!"

"I do not recommend this place at all. It was a bad experience. My daughter walked away with hair that look like spaghetti. She got highlights and her hair dark. I had to ask why did they do a root tap to blend it in girl didn’t no what that was had to send her a picture on what it was. Just for her to tell me I didn’t know you wanted that. Apparently everybody just wants really chunky highlights at the Roots. She said she would fix that the next day but it should have been done automatically. Then I put her hair up and look and be hold there’s no high light in the. I asked why doesn’t she have any. Her response was she does all over her hair. Sent her a pic no she doesn’t. And as she seen the picture it was because she was taught to not put highlights in the back of peoples heads because it’s unhealthy. And you’re just not supposed to put it up because it’ll look harsh. So everybody around the world is going around with no color in the back of their head. At this point I needed someone else to fix her hair because that hairdresser didn’t know what she was doing or even talking about. We got it fix but we had to wait almost a week to get that done. Does it look better? Yea it’s not the best but it’s better then what it was. Someone who spent 200 on hair it should looked a whole lot better it looks like it did it at home which probably would’ve turned out a whole lot better and less aggravation. I feel like she took an advantage of a 13-year-old who’s down there getting her hair done and didn’t know any better that her hair wasn’t supposed too look like that. This place should be a shame of there self."

"My father took my daughter (6) to get her hair TRIMMED on Friday. She came back with not only bangs across her forehead which specifically we told them not to do, but they missed a ton of pieces!! &her “layers” (I’m assuming that’s what they were going for) just looked like different lengths of chopped up hair. My daughters kind heart and the fact she finds beauty in everything , she doesn’t mind it: I don’t let her know it’s messed up - we are getting it fixed but it’s awful!! She said she doesn’t remember the name of the woman but it started with an M. They have went downhill FAST! Do not recommend at all"
