"I was very disappointed years ago it used to be clean and more upscale. I found it dirty and my mani and pedi was okay. My nails were not a straight cut, the plastic barriers were dirty, the light boxes were dirty and there was a girl (evidently staff) that didn’t seem enthused when her customer came in actually seemed to be bothered before and was watching something on her iPhone without on silent mode. Very disappointing doubt I’ll go back!"

"Went here to get acrylics removed and just have gel polish replace it. I was there for over an hour and the guy doing my nails still had not gotten all of the acrylic off. My nails and fingers are raw, he buffed and filed until it burned me or until my cuticle peeled off and bled. It was so painful I almost made him stop in the middle of it. He then told me to go wash my hands like he was about to start painting. I went to wash my hands thinking surely he wasn’t about to paint over the left over acrylic. Sure enough he was about to start painting. I asked to just leave my nails as is and paid the 10$ removal fee for acrylics that weren’t even totally removed. It was just an overall bad experience. Someone got there after me and had a whole gel pedicure before my acrylics were even removed. I’m at home trying to figure out how to get the rest of the acrylic off myself and have a thick layer of lotion across all my nails."

"I went here today and had pedicure and a gel polish change and was charged $140 for the service. They never used the plastic liners in the pedicure basins and I thought that was the law to prevent diseases from spreading from feet to feet. The guy took forever taking the old gel polish off using an Emory board and buff/sawed my skin until it bled it hurt so bad I wanted to cry and he kept using the same technique even after he made another finger bleed! When I got home - only a few hours later noticed a bubble on my pinky nail and realized the top two coats were peeling off one of the coats beneath. He used the light so maybe he didn’t use the proper gel clear coat? I’m not sure. I will never go back to this salon!!! The owner was working on the lady next to me and he was rough with her. The lady’s are all nice though. Still won’t be going back because of the experiences I’ve had with the guys there."

"It was my first time going there & I had a good experience! I walked in, there was no wait. I broke a nail and the tech matched my nail shape and length exactly to the other one. Polish color was as I wanted it. I was out within less than an hour and it was reasonably priced. Just as I was looking for, I would recommend and use them again."
