"I brought a groupon a couple of months ago. I just called today to use it and to my surprise her machine says she isnt taking any more clients! When I spoke to her she said Groupon made a mistake so I have to contact them to get my money back. She didnt offer to accommodate...very nonchalant attitude!"

"Lisa is AMAZING. At first, I was only going to give 4 stars because there was a scheduling error and I lost my initial appointment, but we rescheduled and I was still able to go before my event. I was not disappointed. I have a crazy work schedule so finding time for calls can be a little difficult for me, but Lisa communicated with me through e-mail AND text as well which made it super convenient for me. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and open to speaking about any concerns you have about the procedure. She seems very accommodating and definitely has our safety and comfort at heart. She is also very thorough with her process and explains EVERYTHING, from the task itself and the machine and tools, to the sanitation and disposal of used equipment. And also methods for after care. She really knows her stuff! The electrolysis itself was not only quick, but also really well done. I have been to other Electrologists who were not as fast and did not do a great removal job.
